1. Solar panels

Solar panels, as the core components of solar power generation, use screen printing technology to produce electrodes and wires, which is one of the important links in the photovoltaic industry. At present, solar panel electrodes mainly use silver paste materials, which are produced by screen printing. Compared with other methods, screen printing has the advantages of high production efficiency, low cost, and large-scale production. 2. Fuel cell
As a new type of clean energy, fuel cells have gradually attracted attention and attention at home and abroad. Among them, the solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) is a fuel cell with promising applications. Its core components are electrolytes and electrodes. In SOFC, screen printing technology is most commonly used for electrode production. Screen printing can form dense conductive channels on the electrode surface, improving the efficiency of the electrode and reducing its internal resistance. In addition, screen printing can control the shape and area of the electrode, further changing its electrochemical properties.

3. Energy storage battery
Energy storage batteries are one of the indispensable and important components of modern energy systems. In energy storage batteries, screen printing technology is mainly used to make electrolyte membranes and electrode materials. Among them, screen printing technology can produce nanostructured materials, increase the specific surface area of electrode materials, and increase its energy storage and transmission speed. In addition, in the production of electrolyte membranes, screen printing can also control the thickness and porosity of the membrane layer to improve energy storage efficiency.
