How to Manufacture Concertina Wire?
Concertina wire consists of core wire and steel tape with barbs. The production process of combining the core wire with the steel tape is called roll forming.
Here is a brief process of stainless steel concertina wire production.
1. Prepare stainless steel or hot dipped galvanized coil sheet.
2. Install stainless steel or galvanzied steel sheet to punching machine.
3.. Punch stainless steel or galvanized steel sheet to sheet tapes with sharp barbs.
4. The steel tape is tightly cold-crimped to the wire except barbs.

6.Clips are assembled for firm structure.
7.Package coiled
